HOME AT LAST!!!!!
It is official, I have moved from Midland and I am back in Dallas. I have moved back into my parents house which I can assure you will be temporary but I am thankful that I still have a bed here. Please be in prayer right now for my job search, it is not going as quickly or as smoothly as I would like and I am ready to know where I will be teaching in the fall. I am loving being back in Mesquite because I have had quite a bit of time with Kristi in the last three days. It is a little weird because we are so used to seeing each other for 48 hours at a time and then I have to go back to Midland. The good news is that is not going to happen this time and that is great. I realized today as I spent over 4 hours with her at her school while I was visiting her class and at praise team practice that there is no substitute for quality quiet time with her. She asked me why it was that we had seen each other today but still felt like she hadn't seen me at all. I told her that at this point no amount of time is enough time for us. I think that is because God has blessed us so richly with a relationship that we can't get enough of. How much more amazing would life be if we could not get enough of our relationship with God? How many more blessings would be showered down on us and how much more would we appreciate those blessings? I challenge everyone (including myself) to not get enough of our relationship with God and see how much more we will get from life. I hope everyone has a great rest of the week. God Bless!
